Kofi Amoabin, CEO, Oracle Mortgage Company

Kofi worked for Ameriquest Mortgage in Downers Grove, IL and Residential Loan Services of Arlington Heights before starting Centennial Mortgage Company of IL from about 2002 to 2007. Kofi built Centennial Mortgage from the ground up to a staff of about 21 which included loan officers, underwriters, and loan processes, all teaming up on a mission to assist homeowners and home buyers build wealth and prosper via real estate.

When the state of IL introduced written test as a requirement for mortgage loan officers, Kofi wrote a study guide and taught classes on how to pass the state of IL mortgage license test.

Kofi has a niche for finding and connecting with individuals with a need for a mortgage loan, which includes those with perfect and not so perfect credit. Kofi has a vision to develop offices in the underserved communities across the US.

Kofi is also the CEO of Nyansapo Corporation, a company that exports chemicals and medical devices from the US to Ghana. Kofi is the director for international business development at EZPolitz, a company that assists political candidates run successful campaigns.

Kofi donates to support Nebraska Ghana Businesses Association, an association that connects African businesses and political leaders to entities in the US.

Kofi is a graduate of Brown University School of Engineering and holds graduate in Communications from DePaul University and a Master of Science in Finance from Lewis University.
